INTRODUCTION

The clubs vital fund raising scheme the 'Lucky 7' is back in operation. The rules have not changed and these rules can be observed below. The 'Lucky 7' scheme was promoted strongly by the previous chairman Bernard Manning and it has become a vital source to funding the club and keeping it alive for community use. The importance of it was clearly stated by Chief Executive David Murgatroyd when he said, "Without going over old ground, it is and will always be the route to keeping the club alive and as strong as possible. I do believe everyone is fully aware of how important this scheme is to the club and also to the type of community involvement we have at the club.

Murgatroyd further added, "It is hard to make people understand how important it is, a little time and commitment with just one sheet can be the difference. We will not stop promoting it and it is the single most important fund raising initiative we have, simply because outside of the one major fund raising event we run separate to the club this is the only thing that can help us generate funds, it may not be the answer on its own but it can help give us the confidence to presume there is support to sustain a club at the level of football we are currently at representing the town of Radcliffe. We will not preach about it, promote aggressively yes as everyone is aware of the importance of the scheme, I only hope we can all pull together in making it a sucess."

The main points we would like you to know are...........

• Collect your 'Lucky 7' sheet from the club office normal opening times 9.30am - 2.30pm Monday - Friday (except Tuesday) 6.00pm at the club in the evening or download it from the website, if you want it delivered please contact us at the club and we will arrange it for you. If you also want it e-mailed to you please contact us with your e-mail address on rbfc@hotmail.co.uk
• Arrange for 4 (we presume you will have a go!) of your family, neighbours, friends, work colleagues, friends at your local pub or club to support you.
• Ensure it is at the club before 12.00 noon on the date stated or if you want it to be collected at your home or work place please contact us at the club and we will arrange it for you.
• A completed sheet allows you one free line.
• The winning prize is always a guaranteed £100.00 with £50.00 added each week if not won

Rules of the project are.............

• Each entry is one pound and you have to predict all seven correct results to win.
• If there is more than one person with a correct line the money will be shared accordingly i.e. prize fund £450.00 3 winners menas they each receive £150.00
• In the case of any dispute the clubs Chief Executive will have the final say and his decision will be final.
• All entries must be in before 12.00 noon of the saturday highlighted on the sheet and must be handed to a club official.
• If you are not an agent please ensure you get a copy of your entry form from a club member.
