Pickford Suite

The Pickford Suite named after the clubs founder is the Sport & Social clubs main function room. It can ccommodate upto 100 people with individual seating for 80. The stage and dance floor is used by the DJ for most functions but can also be used for a number of other events such as Presentations, Fashion Shows, Cabaret Nights and much more.

For certain charity or Fundraising events, the room can be free of charge. Monday to Thursdays. Please speak to the functions manager for details.
OTHER INFORMATION
All bookings must be accompanied by a £60 deposit. Bookings are not secured, until the deposit has been paid. The deposit is non-refundable for any booking which is cancelled.
TABLE DECORATION
Most types of seating plans can be organised, feel free to discuss your requirements with the club manager. A selection of helium filled balloons, ribbons and weights, are also available. £poa 
BUFFET MENU

Selection of sandwiches or baps to include: Roast Beef, Honey Roast Ham, Cheese and Red Onion, Egg and Cress and Tuna and Sweetcorn Chicken Drumsticks, Pork Pies, Sausage Rolls, Quiche, Cocktail Sausages, Cheese and Pineapple or Onion
Curry Veg Samosas, Veg Spring Rolls, Selection of Crisps, Salad Bowl.

THE BORO CLUB - CONDITIONS OF USE

1. The person named on the booking form shall be considered the hirer.
2. The ‘Club’ reserve the right to refuse any application to hire the premises.
3. The hirer shall pay the required deposit at the time of booking the premises, no bookings are secure until the deposit has been paid.
4. Payments for food must be paid 14 days prior to the event taking place.
5. No refunds will be made once the booking has been taken.
6. The hirer shall indemnify the club for the cost of repairs due to any damage to club property or contents as a result of an event.
7. The club accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of the possessions of the hirer or any guests however arising.
8. The hirer shall not allow any animal to enter the club (except guide dogs), unless permission has been obtained by the club.
9. No goods or equipment are to be left or stored after an event, unless permission has been obtained by the club.
10. No fixings whatsoever shall be driven into any part of the club, nor shall any signs, notices be displayed, apart form those approved by the club.
11. Any films shown at the club, must comply with copyright and obscenity laws.
12. The hirer shall warrant that all equipment brought into the club, shall be maintained in safe working order, and its use shall be supervised at all times.
13. Access to the club for setting up equipment, catering etc, will be agreed with the hirer and function manager.
14. Purchase of alcohol either by minors or for minors (persons under the age of 18), is an offense, as such the club will refuse service to any person attempting to do so, regardless of the nature of the event.
